Barbara Ann Brown, 85, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2026, after a brief illness.

Barbara was born on June 8, 1940, in Muncie, Indiana to Donald Sr., and Ola (Fraiser) Badders. She graduated from Royerton High School and married William Brown on June 28, 1970.

Barbara worked as an LPN and enjoyed her animals, especially her calves, cattle but most of all, her huskies. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and embroidery.

Surviving family includes her children: Chris Brown (Missy) and Cathy Haynes (Bob); two brothers, Donald Badders Jr., and Richard Badders; her sister, Jerilynn Reed; two grandchildren: Emma Brown and Kevin Miller; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Donald Badders Sr., and Ola Margarete Mason and her husband William Brown in 2014.

In accordance with Barbara's wishes, funeral services were held privately, and burial was made at Gardens of Memory, Muncie.
