Dora Elwood Bryan Holsinger

Dora was born April 15, 1928 in Hartford City to RJ and Katie Risinger Elwood.

She graduated with the Hartford City class of 1946.

She married Dean Bryan in 1949 and was married for 45 years until his death in 1995, residing in the Gaston area. Dora was then married to Ralph Holsinger from 2008 until his death in 2016.

She had been a member of Prairie Grove Church near Gaston since 1963.

She will be lovingly remembered by daughter Anne Carter and granddaughters Kate (Olaf) Larson and Deirdre (Dan) Kilgore; and daughter-in-law Anita Bryan and grandsons Jim, Jacob and Jesse Bryan, and great granddaughter Rylynn Bryan.

She was preceded in death by son Jim Bryan of Gaston; siblings Evelyn (Jay)Williams, Dean (Lavelle) Elwood, Edna (Clyde) Pierson, Irene (DeWayne) Hopkins, Odus (Irene) Elwood and Bob (Mary) Elwood, all of Hartford City, and many dear lifelong friends.

Private graveside services were held at Eaton Union Cemetery.
