EATON, IN—

Gene R. "Randy" Lyons, 66, passed away Sunday morning, May 28, 2023 in IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.

He was born in Muncie on May 8, 1957 to Gene V. and Emma Jean (Witt) Lyons, was a graduate of Delta High School, class of 1975 and was employed at BorgWarner, formerly in Muncie.

Surviving include his mother, Emma Jean; three sisters: Valerie Cooper, Lisa Abernathy and Lori Sliger; one brother:  Eric (Andrea) Lyons as well as several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

His father precedes him in eternal rest.

Services will be at 12:00 noon Friday, June 2, 2023 in the Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton, with Pastor Mark Wilkerson presiding.  Burial will be at Gardens of Memory, Muncie, on Wednesday, June 7th, due to cemetery scheduling conflicts…

Visitation for friends and family will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Friday, until the time of the service.
