Jackson Eric Pryor, 53, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday afternoon, December 12, 2018 in Union Township, Delaware County.


He was born on October 19, 1965 to Gordon and Doris Jean (Allen) Pryor. He was a 1984 graduate of Delta High School and he married Lisa K. Barlow on June 7, 1986 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Muncie.


Jackson worked for WestRock in Eaton for twenty-eight years, was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, a former third degree Knight of Columbus and was an E.M.T. for Eaton EMTs for 12 years.


In addition to his wife of 32 years, Lisa Pryor, he leaves behind a son, Kenneth, a daughter, Kathleen (fiancé, Joshua Folkner); his mother Doris Pryor, a brother, Gene Pryor; sister, Sharon (Bill) Glaser; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Jane & Steve Barlow; sister-in-law Betsy (Marty) Weems; brother-in-law Randy Rouse, nephews Joe and Max Weems, as well as several nieces and nephews.


He is preceded in death by his father, Gordon Pryor; a sister, Virginia Rouse; a brother-in-law Mark Voiles; and grandparents-in-law, Carl and Allice Simmons.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Andrew Dudzinski, at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 in St. Mary Catholic Church, 2300 W. Jackson St., Muncie.


A Christian Wake service will be held at Pitman-Richman Funeral Home 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, December 17th to be followed by visitation for family and friends until 7:00 p.m. Visitation will also be held on Tuesday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at St Mary Catholic Church.


Burial will be at 3:00 p.m. in Wolf Creek Cemetery, on county road 286, near Kingman, Indiana
