Linda Lou Andrew was born February 8, 1946. She passed away after a long battle with Alzheimer's on December 18, 2024.

The daughter of Wayne and Dorthy (Boggs) Nelson, she was raised in Eaton and graduated from Eaton High School where she met her high school sweetheart, Jim Andrew. They were married on March 22, 1963, in Eaton. Together they would raise their four children in Matthews, Indiana.

Linda was an avid gardener. She loved spending time outside digging in the dirt. Linda loved her family more than anything though spending time with her children and grandchildren was the best part of her days.

Linda is survived by her four children: Angela, Amanda, Amber and Trent; granddaughter and caretaker, Adrienne Heffernan (Matt Goodnight); 19 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; and her uncle Dr. Jerry Boggs (Trudy).

Linda was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Nelson Sr.; mother, Dorthy Elmore; her loving husband, James Andrew and her brother, Wayne Nelson.

Per Linda's request, services will be private for her family.

In honor of Linda, her family asks that you plant something this Spring in her memory.

Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, Eaton.

Linda's family would like to thank the staff at Brickyard Healthcare in Muncie for their kind and compassionate care of their mother.
