Obituary

MUNCIE, IN Riley S. Huddleston, Sr. 64, passed away at his home, on Wednesday, February 15, 2012. Riley was born on February 7, 1948 in Clinton County, Tennessee to Farley and Eve (Davis) Huddleston. When he was 16 years old, he moved to the Muncie area. He served his country in the Army during Vietnam and married Kathleen Slaven. Riley was an avid fisherman and worked for Ontario Corporation in Muncie. He is survived by his son, Riley "Sam" Huddleston Jr.(wife, Lisa), of Eaton, two granddaughters, Marissa, and Clarissa Huddleston, one grandson, Tristan Huddleston, two sisters, Pauline Newsome and Caroline Franklin, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Farley and Eve, Riley was preceded in death by a brother, Farley Huddleston Jr. A visitation will be held in Eaton on Saturday, February 18, 2012 from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm. at the Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton. A second visitation will be held in Byrdstown, Tennessee on Monday, February 20, 2012 from 1:00 until 2:00 pm, at the Brown Funeral Chapel, 504 W. Main St. Byrdstown. Burial will follow at the Williams Chapel Cemetery, in Byrdstown.
