The angels came and took our sweet mother home. Rosie Mazine Slaven Terry of Eaton, Indiana, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on October 9, 2021.

Born September 29th, 1935 to the late Applelona Slaven in Jamestown, Tennessee, she was raised on Station Camp Creek on the Jamestown side of the Big South Fork of the Cumberland River.

She was a member of the Westside United Baptist Church in Muncie and loved her family, her doll collection, humming birds and her flowers. She also enjoyed cooking for family and friends. No one ever left her kitchen hungry and many will remember her dried apple pies and her ginger bread.
