Sara B. Fisher, 78, passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.

Sara was born on July 13, 1939 to Clyde "Red" and Goldie (Murdick) Sailors in Muncie, Indiana. She graduated from Eaton High School and married Robert Fisher in Eaton in 1956. Together they would raise their three children on their farm in Eaton.

Sara loved working on the family farm alongside her husband Robert. She enjoyed her flower gardens, antiques and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Robert Fisher; her children, Jeff Fisher (Peggy) of Eaton, Sandy Fisher of Eaton, and Doug Fisher (Chris) of Dunkirk; six grandchildren: Erik Fisher (Adrienne), Lindsay Hack (Todd), Craig Fisher (Kinsie), Jenna Scott (Doug), Kristy Smoot (Evan), Jon Fisher and eight great-grandchildren.
Sara was preceded in death by her parents, Red and Goldie Sailors.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 21, 2018 at Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton with Pastor Steve Dugger officiating. Burial will follow at Eaton Union Cemetery.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, May 20 and one hour prior to the service Monday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
