EATON, IN -

Sonya G. Padgett, 44 has sadly passed away on May 14, 2018. She was born in Florida. Her parents are Debbie Rizzo and Lucian Rizzo, Jr. Brothers: Lou Rizzo III and Richard Rizzo.

Sonya growing-up used to ride horses and loved music. She graduated from Delta High School. Sonya married William "Billy" Padgett and had three daughters: Crystal Padgett, Loren Mansfield and Breanna Padgett. Three grandsons: Kaylub Reibsome, Justyn Mansfield and Milo Alvey, with a fourth grandchild due in November.

Sonya enjoyed being outdoors, enjoyed being with family and watching her grandkids play ball. She enjoyed collecting rocks with Kaylub and the other kids around town. She enjoyed spending time with family and close friends. Sonya was one-of-a-kind and saw the good in everybody.

I love you, mom. Don't worry, you taught me to be strong. You may have left us too early, but your Virgo "has this." I know you'll be watching over me.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 5 - 7 P.M. Friday, May 25, 2018 at Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton. Cremation will follow visitation, with burial at Eaton Union Cemetery, at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to Pitman-Richman Funeral Home to offset expenses.
