Timothy Allen Crouse, 60, passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital after a long illness.

He was born on October 3, 1958 in Muncie, Indiana to Harold and Barbara (Anderson) Crouse. Tim was a 1976 graduate of Wes-Del High School and worked in the community at Lucky Steer, MS Churchman, Thornburg Construction, Chateau Nursing Home and Cooper Consulting & Property Management before becoming ill in 2009.

During Tim's illness, he was blessed by many wonderful health care providers who made a significant impact in his final years. His family would like to extend their sincere thanks for this incredible gift.

He is survived by his loving family, friends, his parents, sister, fiancé, children, grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Harold, Barbara and Kelly Crouse, Deb, Chad, Jill, Ryan, Kaylee, Aubree, Rylee, Ethan and Evan Seals, Mindy, Sean, Becky, Mason and Blake.

To honor Tim's wishes, he has enhanced lives by being a donor through the Indiana Donor Network. Cremation will follow.

His loved ones invite you to attend a Celebration of Life from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, October 15, 2018 at Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton.

Memorials may be made in his name to the charity of the donor's choice.
