Obituary

EATON, IN TREVOR "ALLEN" HACKER, 58, stood in the presence of God on Thursday, May 14, 2009 after an extended illness. Trevor was born on January 20, 1951 to Everett and Elizabeth (Ruble) Hacker. He lived in Clarksburg, Indiana, moved to Muncie and attended Muncie Central High School. Trevor married Connie Lash on October 16, 1971 in Muncie. Mr. Hacker retired due to illness after many years of working in the home improvement business. He was self employed in the latter years but also worked for various companies, including A-1Home Improvement, LJ Stone and Suburban Aluminum. After retirement, he enjoyed wood working and shared his many talented projects with others. He was a member of the Union Chapel Ministries. Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Connie Hacker, sons, Joel Hacker, Muncie, Aron (wife, Alycia) Hacker, Eaton, daughter, Amanda Campbell, (companion, Mark Myers), Muncie, grandchildren, Callin Campbell and Anson Everett Hacker, his mother, Elizabeth Hacker, Albany, sisters, Edna Mae (husband, Carl) Hammond, Greensburg, Ethelene (husband, Gene) Ridge, Georgia, father-in-law, John Lash, mother-in-law, Nilah Lash, both of Muncie, brothers-in-law, Rick (wife, Anna) Lash, Muncie, Randall (companion, Ann) Lash, Springport, Dan (wife, Julie) Lash, Yorktown, David (wife, Melissa) Lash, Yorktown, as well as several nieces and nephews and his longtime pal, Bandit. He was preceded in death by his father Everett and brother Delbert. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am, Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at Union Chapel Ministries 4622 N. Martin Luther King Blvd, Muncie with Pastor Glen Greiner presiding. Burial will follow in Strong Cemetery, Albany. Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 pm, Monday, May 18 at the Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton, and one hour prior to services Tuesday at Union Chapel. Memorials may be made in Trevor's name to the family to establish a trust for his grandchildren.
