William "Bill" K. Smith, 69, of Eaton, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at his home.

Bill was born on March 5, 1954 in Fayetteville, North Carolina to Harold "Max" and Mary (Hankins) Smith. He graduated from Delta High School and worked as a machine operator for several years.

He is survived by his sister, Samara Perry, husband Bill; eight nieces and nephews and several friends.

In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Gary "Butch" Smith.

Following cremation, burial will follow at Eaton Union Cemetery.
