Dayna D. (Taylor) Miles, 45, died on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital after an extended illness.

Dayna was born on November 9, 1976 in Muncie to Douglas and Dawn (Hess) Taylor. She was a 1995 graduate of Delta High School. On August 9, 1997 she married Edward Miles in Eaton. Those who knew her said she always had a smile that would light up a room and always had kind words to cheer you up.

Dayna enjoyed creating diamond art, party planning, Eaton Garden Club, spending time with her mother creating beautiful flower arrangements and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Ed Miles; her father, Douglas Taylor; her brother, Darren Taylor (Courtney); daughter, Stephanie Alexander (Zach); grandchildren: Ryder, Charlie and Layne; mother-in-law, Janice Lewman and two special nieces, Lainey and Peyton along with nieces Jordan and Alexis as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Dayna was preceded in death by her loving mother, Dawn Taylor; her father-in-law, Charles Miles and her dog Moe.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Pitman-Richman Funeral Home 200 S Hartford St., Eaton. Burial will follow at Eaton Union Cemetery.

Visitation for family and friends will be at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, December 10th and from 11:00 a.m. until services Saturday.
