Donald Lee Weaver, Sr., 84, died on Monday, September 9, 2024, at Bethel Pointe Health and Rehabilitation.

Donald was born on February 27, 1940, in Long Beach, California to Walter and Jewel (Fowle) Weaver. He was a 1959 graduate of Eaton High School and married Janet E. Ward on May 2, 1959, in Eaton.

Don worked for Chevrolet in Muncie, retiring in 1991 after over 30 years of employment. He was a faithful and long-time member of the Tabernacle of Praise in Muncie where he served as an Elder. He was a member of WBBCI Airstream Club, enjoyed traveling and staying busy.

Surviving are his children: Donald Weaver, Jr., (Diana), Stephana White (David) and Lisa Reum (Bobby Ashby); eight grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Janet Weaver and grandson, Thomas Woodard.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Tabernacle of Praise, 2200 E Fusion Road, Muncie, IN 47302 with Pastor John Tyner officiating. Burial will follow at Eaton Union Cemetery.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 13, 2024 at Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S Hartford St., Eaton and after 12:00 Noon Saturday, at the church.
