Douglas R. Weber, 80, died on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at his home.

Doug was born on February 11, 1942 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Charles and Katherine Weber. His family relocated to Eaton where he graduated from Eaton High School in 1960. After graduation, Doug served his country in the US Army.

After graduating from Midwest Horse-Shoeing School he worked as a farrier retiring in 2016. In retirement he found enjoyment working alongside his son Richard at Quality Hydraulics. He was a long-time member of Indiana Farrier Association.

Doug is survived by his children: Richard Weber (Stacy) and Laura Reno (Scott); siblings: Keith Weber (Carmen), Dale Weber (Darcy) and Beata Zerull (John); grandchildren: Terri (Hunter), Kaylee (Spencer), Danielle and Travis.

In addition to his parents, Doug was preceded in death by a son Joe Weber.

Graveside services with Military Rites by the Delaware County Veterans Honor Guard will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2022 at Eaton Union Cemetery 16301 N State Road 3, Eaton with Lewis Twibell officiating.
