Lilbern Earl Brumley, 79, died on Thursday evening, December 28, 2023, at Albany Health Care after a long illness.

Earl was born in Windfall, Indiana to Lilbern and Pauline (Wilkerson) Brumley. He attended school in Windfall and married Joyce Kochensparger-Tracy on June 21, 2014.

Earl was an expert in concrete, operating Earl’s Concrete, where he specialized in swimming pools.

He is survived by his wife Joyce Brumley; his daughter, Holly Pile (Adam); brother, David Brumley (Brenda), and his sister, Doris Clark, two-grandsons; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Earl was preceded in death by his parents Lilbern and Pauline.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at Eaton First Baptist Church 700 E Columbia Ave., Eaton, IN 47338 with Pastor Mark Wilkerson officiating. Burial will follow at Eaton Union Cemetery.

Visitation for family and friends will be held prior to the funeral starting at 10:00 a.m.
