Jacob Alan Bell, 23, passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Jake was born on September 30, 1993 in Muncie, Indiana to Jason and Kara (Conatser) Bell. He was a 2013 graduate of Delta High School. Later, Jacob would partner with his father to operate their own flooring installation business working primarily with Carpets Plus in Muncie.

Jake enjoyed sports, especially basketball and softball and was always hanging out with his friends. Most of all Jake loved spending time with his daughter, Marleigh.

Jacob is survived by his daughter, Marleigh Bell and her mother Casey Brock, his parents, Jason and Kara Bell; his sister, Jaden Bell; special aunt, Janet Puckett; paternal grand-parents, Bill Bell, and Randa Myers, maternal grandparents, Ed Conatser, and Joyce Badders; his godfather, Ricky Royal, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 2, 2017 at Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton with Pastor Don White officiating. Burial will follow at Eaton Union Cemetery.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2017 and from 10:00 to 11:00 Friday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, PO Box 537, Eaton, IN 47338 to establish a fund for his daughter's education.
