Jerry K. Wilt

Jerry K. Wilt, 72, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2017 at the Marion VA Medical Center.

Jerry was born on February 12, 1945 in Muncie, Indiana. He was adopted and raised by Keith and Minnie (Terry) Wilt. He graduated from Royerton High School and served his country in the US Army.

On October 30, 1970 he married Verna Glotzbach in Muncie. Together they would raise their four sons in Delaware County.

Jerry worked for Marsh Warehouse in Yorktown for over 39 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and especially his work.

He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Verna Wilt; four sons: Tony Wilt (wife, Lisa), Sean Wilt, Dennis Wilt and Marlon Wilt; his sister, Terri Wilson (husband, Danny) , as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by two brothers: Danny Wilt and Benny Wilt.

In accordance with Jerry's wishes, he will be cremated and no public services will be held.
