Jessica Rose Denton, age 8, passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Always smiling, Jessica loved school and enjoyed taking walks, drinking Cokes, her barbies and Paw Patrol.

She is survived by her father, Joshua Denton; mother, Christina McCallister; paternal grandmother, Jill Plummer; maternal grandmother, Lee McCallister; two brothers, Joshua Denton Jr. and Christopher Denton; aunts and uncles: James Denton (Bernice), Christopher Plummer Jr., Jennifer Denton (Lane Lamb), Amber Plummer (Ernest Watson), Matthew Plummer and Bobby Plummer (Nichole), as well as several cousins.

Jessica was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Christopher Plummer and her maternal grandfather, Jerald McCallister Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton with Pastor Aaron Hoque officiating. Burial will follow at Beech Grove Cemetery, Muncie.

Visitation for family and friends will be prior to the funeral from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 p.m. Tuesday.
