Jill Elaine Roberts, 77, died on Friday, October 31, 2025, at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital after a long illness.

Jill was born on August 22, 1948, to Raymond Taylor Jr., and Wilma M “Resler” Taylor. She was a 1966 graduate of Royerton High School and loved her yardwork, crocheting and being with her family.

On December 3, 2001, Jill married Paul “Red” Roberts. Together they enjoyed traveling and visiting family and friends.

Jill is survived by her husband, Paul “Red” Roberts; two daughters; Tonya Taylor (Dave) and Misty Jurecek (Michael); grandchildren: Ashley LaCroix (Brian), Matt Taylor (Katelyn), Jessica Smith (Don), Haley Sedlar (Jacob) and Zachary Jurecek as well as eight great-grandchildren.

Preceding Jill in death are her mother, Wilma Marsh; her father, Raymond Taylor Jr., her son, Shawn Krause; brother, Virgil Williamson; sister, Pamela Johnson and her three loving dogs, Biscuit, China and Missy.

Funeral services will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, November 3, 2025, at Pitman-Richman Funeral Home 200 S Hartford St., Eaton with Pastor Jerry Hobbick officiating.

Friends and family are welcome to gather at the funeral home starting at 5:00 p.m., Monday.

Following cremation, Jill will be buried at Jones Cemetery in Muncie.
