Josephine F. "Josie" Millspaugh, 82, passed away on June 21, 2016 in Muncie.
Funeral services will be at Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton, on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 11:00 am, with Pastor Everett Bilbrey officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 11:00 am Tuesday.
