Robert Thomas Glass, 79, died on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at Albany Healthcare.

Robert was born on March 2, 1943 in Muncie, Indiana to Albert and Bessie (Smith) Glass. He was a graduate of Eaton High School and attended Ivy Tech. On June 30, 1972 he married Gloria Moore. They would spend the next 45 years together, enjoying life and spoiling the nieces and nephews.

Bob worked for HL Hunt Canning and later the Delaware County Highway Department from where he retired. He belonged to the Dunkirk Bowling League and was very artistic.

He is survived by his sister, Linda Keesling; niece, Kaylynn Davis (Baird); nephew, Scott Keesling; great-nieces and nephews: Sara Davis-Day (Derrick), Wesley Davis (Jordan), Amanda Kessler (David), Justin Keesling, Lindsay Keesling, and Nathan Keesling; great-great-nieces and nephews, Jayden Kessler, Scarlett Kessler, Koleson Davis, Emma Day and Kerrigan Davis.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Glass; his grandparents, Willard and Ethel Glass and Wilmer & Susie Smith and a brother-in-law, Rodney Keesling.

Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at Black Cemetery, Black Cemetery Road, Albany, Indiana.

The family will gather from 12:30 until 1:00 p.m. prior to services at Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S Hartford St., Eaton.
