Roger L. Angel

Eaton, IN Roger L. Angel, 65, passed away, Monday, March 12, 2012 at his home. Roger was born on November 14, 1946 in Charleston, West Virginia to Glenway and Eva Jane (Allen) Angel. He has resided in Delaware County since 1964 and on November 25, 1966 he married Peggy Ramseyer, in Muncie. Mr. Angel was a self-employed excavator. Roger enjoyed racing, spending time with his grandchildren, and especially loved his visits with his family in West Virginia. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Peggy Angel, a son, James Angel (Connie), of Eaton, a daughter, Sissy Marsh (Todd), of Muncie, four brothers: Leon Angel (Rita), of Michigan, Bob Angel, and Steve Angel (Teresa), Jimbo Armstrong, a sister Linda Allen, all of West Virginia, three grandchildren: Johnny Angel, Tyler Marsh, and Tanner Marsh, two step-grandchildren; Tyera Little Charley and Keith Little Charley (Lindsey), and a step-great-granddaughter, April Little Charley, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by two brothers, Dayton and Larry Angel. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am. Thursday, March 15, 2012 at the Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton with Pastor Shane Slaven presiding. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, Eaton. Visitation for friends and family will be on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and after 10:00 am Thursday, prior to services.
