ALBANY, IN RUSSELL E. PARKER, 82, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Saturday, April 4, 2009 in the Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:00 to 1:00 pm. Saturday. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery, Eaton
