Sandra A. Rees

MUNCIE, SANDRA A. (PITMAN) REES, 49, died at 2:25 pm Wednesday, August 19, 2009, in Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie. Sandy was born March 6, 1960, the daughter of Robert and Iva (Thompson) Pitman. She grew up in Eaton and lived most of her adult life in Muncie. Surviving are her daughter Brandie Cook (husband, Brad) and grandson Rees Cook, all of Yorktown, brothers Gale Pitman, Hartford City, Roger Pitman, (wife, Cathy), Muncie, Rick Pitman (wife, Laura) Clearwater, FL, sisters: Mary Smithers (husband, Chuck), Muncie, Lynn Cruea, Clearwater, FL and Debra Massey (husband, Rick), Muncie. She is also survived by her Fiancé, Jeffery K. Wood. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters: Christina Pitman, Doris Dunlap, Lucille Williams, Kimberly Polios and Beverly Koons, and two brothers, Glen and Vernon Pitman. Friends may call at the Pitman-Richman Funeral Home, 200 S. Hartford St., Eaton from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday, August 24. Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 pm at Pitman-Richman Funeral Home immediately following calling hours. Pastor Mark Ellcessor will be officiating and burial will be made in Union Cemetery, Eaton.
