The passing of my dad, Lowell Meadows was the hardest thing we have ever had to experience. From the time we were in contact with Brian at Pitman-Richmond he found a way to make all of the planning for my dad his first priority. My parents had made all there funeral plans years ago with another funeral home and the timing of Covid and lack of help at the planned funeral home it left with us with hard decisions. From the time Brian answered my call he made my mom and my family comfortable knowing he would take care of my dad. He came to our house to help my mom who was in a wheelchair. He treated her the way my dad would have wanted her treated. The services and everything down to returning money to my mom was handled perfectly. We highly recommend Brian and everyone at Pitman-Richmond. Thank you for making a sad time a lot more bearable.
